Organization
The Vail Mountain Rescue Group Board of Directors is responsible for strategic planning, fiscal management, and maintains policies to perform the team’s core mission. Members of the board are elected for 2 year terms.
Daily operations, logistics, training, and team administration are managed by the Command Staff who are appointed by the Board of Directors.
