Colorado Hoist Rescue Team (CHRT)

The Colorado Hoist Rescue Team was founded in 2016 and consists of a Colorado Army National Guard aircrew and 28 civilian rescuers from four different organizations including Vail Mountain Rescue Group, Mountain Rescue Aspen, Alpine Rescue Team, and Rocky Mountain Rescue Group. Comprised of skilled individuals who serve as unpaid volunteers, performing backcountry search and rescue. Our members come from all parts of our community and may be your friend or neighbor!
