| Stan Epperson - President | Stan Epperson is the founder and president of Deli Provision Co Inc., which was the exclusive distributor of Boar’s Head Brand Products in the metro Atlanta area. He is past president of the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation and a member and past chairman of the Duke University Brain Tumor Center’s Advisory Board. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia Community Foundation and the GOAL Scholarship Organization. Stan and his family also run the Epperson Family Foundation, which has as it’s primary focus education and breaking the cycle of poverty. He was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN.and has been a part time resident of the Vail Valley for the last 19 years |

| Roger Carter | Roger, a Colorado native, has served as a volunteer for Vail Mountain Rescue since 2021, and been a board member for the Friends of Vail Mountain Rescue since 2025. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, and is an Aspirant American Mountain Guide. He is an avid skier, climber and mountain biker |
| Joel Holland | Joel Holland is the CEO of Harvest Hosts (harvesthosts.com), a membership program that connects RVers with unique overnight experiences at 9,000+ wineries, farms, breweries, museums, golf courses and private properties in the US and Canada. He is also the founder of Storyblocks (storyblocks.com), which was purchased by private equity firm Great Hill Partners in June 2020. When he isn't working, Joel is outside as much as possible with his wife and two kids in Vail. He is proud to be a member of Vail Mountain Rescue, the search and rescue team for Eagle County, CO |
| Eric Monson | Eric and his wife, Belinda moved from Michigan to Vail in 1972. He has been involved with real estate as a builder-developer of many high end homes in the Valley. He has served as a board member with Rotary International, Mt. of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church and Red Sky Golf Club. He enjoys the outdoors and sports with his 5 grandchildren |
| Rich Siegel | Rich was born and raised in Hartford, CT Area and developed a love of mountains and skiing at age 13. He graduated from the University of Denver in 1975 with a degree in Finance after teaching skiing for four years and skiing 100 times per season ! He then returned to CT to operate a Full Service commercial truck leasing company for over 30 years. Upon retiring in 2002 he moved to Edwards full time. He is a former member and past President of the Vail Rotary Club, and current member of Vail Mountain Rescue for over 16 years. He lives with his wife Ann and son Zachary. |
| Zach Smith | Raised in Duluth, Minnesota, Zachary spent his early years exploring the Northwoods and working in the family tree business. He developed a deep appreciation for the land and for the outdoors, which later influenced his career in fire aviation and wildland firefighting. Zachary has worked as a wildland firefighter in aviation for over 10 years, beginning his career in eastern Oregon with the Bureau of Land Management. He later transitioned to the State of Colorado’s aviation program, where he helped contribute to the expansion of the state's role in wildfire suppression and search and rescue. In 2020, Zachary moved to Colorado full-time, further committing himself to wildfire suppression and emergency response efforts. In 2021, he joined Vail Mountain Rescue Group, to continue to serve as a public servant |
